Is this for real?
I am so thrilled to share my review on this version of Hydrant because this product works like a miracle for those who have sleep problems. My issue with chronic insomnia has become aggravated as pandemic continues which leads to emotional and psychological problems. HOWEVER, after I tried this version of Hydrant, it just made me pass out at the time I wanted to sleep. With only 3mg of melatonin, I was little skeptical about its efficacy but other ingredients are probably what makes the product so effective.<br /><br />Just try it!

Delicious hydration + sleep before bedtime recovery drink
Been searching for a hydration + sleep aid before bed drink and found it with this. Awesome way to aid recovery and sleep and already my nighttime ritual. Great taste, dissolves easily, can drink cold or hot. Big fan!

Product is absolutely AMAZING!!!!
Ok, so I don't usually write reviews but I felt compelled to share my excitement after finally finding something that helps me sleep through the night without feeling groggy in the morning. I am a fan of Hydrants other flavors and products but was skeptical about the new sleep one. The flavor is fine, not the best thing I've ever had but definitely easy to drink. It blew away my expectation and I have recommended it to all my friends.

Gets the job done and helps feeling refreshed in the mornings.
Works like a charm at night, but what I love the most is how refreshed I feel in the mornings without any grogginess. Highly recommend for anyone looking for both a good night sleep and a refreshing morning.

This is a great tasting product that really works and does what it claims.
After using this product for a few nights, I can safely say that it really does help you sleep and wake up feeling refreshed. Just mix one of the per-measured serving packages and mix with water. While it doesn't have a lot of sugar, only 2 grams, it does use real cane sugar. This gives it a very pleasant taste that isn't artificial or chemically in any way. It also has a balance of electrolytes but the real star is the 3 mg of melatonin. The melatonin helps you fall asleep and stay asleep.<br /><br />I would recommend this product to anyone who, like me, likes to drink a glass of water before bed and is looking for a natural sleep aid.

Incredible Night's Sleep
The taste is delciious. I've tried so many sleep pills, drinks, elixirs, etc. and some keep me up at night, have too much melatonin, or just dont work at ALL! This is great and hydrates me.
