Good For Skin Health, But Ridiculous Labeling of Collagen
This formula contains some good ingredients related to skin and joint health, namely hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid is a component of skin and joints, and taking it supplementally seems to help repair joints and promote skin health.

This formula adds some vitamin E, biotin, and selenium, as well as collagen peptides.

Now, here is why I only gave this 4 stars. The collagen is listed as being 20,000 mcg. This is ridiculous labeling. Types I and III collagen are often consumed in gram amounts, and never measured in micrograms. 20,000 mcg is only 20 mg of collagen, or 1/50th of a gram. The collagen powder I take daily contains 10 grams of types I and III collagen per scoop. That is 10,000,000 micrograms!

This labeling is just using a big number trying to make you think you are getting more collagen than you are. 20,000 mcg, i.e. 20 mg, is going to have zero impact on your body.

That being said, this formula is decent, but don't think you're getting enough collagen to do anything significant.
