Zinc is super important for immunity, but zinc is an ion, and this cant enter your cells! Thats where Quercetin comes in! It acts as an escort to zinc, allowing it to stop viral replication! What a miracle! Made it through the first 2 years of the pandemic safely this way. Then I ran out!! two weeks later, I tested positive! Never Again! Take it daily!
These are easy to swallow. They have no taste and don't cause burping. I like them because the Quercetin & Zinc is all in one capsule.
