I feel healthier since taking them, i really notice it in my energy and nails and skin.

This is simply a great product. I have been taking them for several months but felt the effects after just a couple of weeks. They are a good tasting gummy loaded with Vitamins A, C, D, E, B6, B12, Folate, Biotin, B5, Iodine, Zinc, Choline and Inositol. The combination must just really work for me because I feel so much better, with loads of energy when I take them. It is recommended to take 2 a day so the bottle lasts 30 days. Just to make sure it was the Vitamins, I have not taken them in a couple of weeks and can really feel the difference. I am tired and just don’t have the stamina I had while taking them. The only down side to this product is the label. It is light pink, which I understand as it is a women’s product, and the Fact label is printed in small white letters. Almost impossible to read! That being said I am ordering more of them today!

I really can't tell if the gummies are doing all the things that it states onthe bottle. I do like the taste, they I feel like are extra gummy, they do tend to get stuck in my teeth. As far as the benefits as I said, I can't really tell. I do feel like I eat more when I take them.

This is a pretty good vitamin. It has all the basic vitamins that you'd expect in a chewable multivitamin. The flavor is pretty good and I feel good taking them. I don't particularly care for the sugar on the outside of the gummies, but it's not a complete turnoff.

I didn’t too much like the flavor of these. They were a great price for the product. I just couldn’t deal with the flavor.

These gummies are easy to chew but I didn’t like how they had little “sugar” salts I guess you can say. It seems they did help a bit but I didn’t see a lot of improvement. I feel it’s something you have to be consistent with.
