I noticed results in my skin and hair after a few weeks of using this. These taste good and are a good tecture, and i really like it is a complete vitamin so i don't have to take a separate multi. I had no upset stomach or other negative effects when using this. I have really liked all the products from this brand
I've really noticed great results from taking a biotin supplement for my hair, skin, and nails. I love this brand's fitness content so I was excited to try this supplement. I would say it's overall a great supplement: tastes great, but does have more sugar than I'd like.
I noticed a big difference in my nails when using these. My nails are usually brittle and break easy. I started taking these, and within 2 weeks my nails were growing and by a month, my nails were long. Healthy, and stronger. I am still in the process of growing them out, and trimming off the brittle spots.<br /><br />This does make my hair grow, but I notice it only in body hair, not so much on my head. I'm sure it's helping, but it's just not as visible as legs and arm pits.<br /><br />Great flavor too!
These gummies didn’t have the best flavor but they are very easy to chew. I haven’t seen much change since taking them but, am hopeful.
My nails have definitely gotten stronger. They are growing really fast as well. My hair is a bit damaged so I can’t say I’ve seen a difference yet.
