Really happy to have this electrolyte drink mix - I struggle with losing electrolytes when I'm in the sun or with excessive exercise/exertion. I like that you can use the scoop for an individual serving of 16 oz (water bottle or glass of water) or you can mix the whole thing with a large jug of water which is a great option for camping, outdoor events, etc. I know most drink powders like this come underfilled but it's a little annoying that the powder comes in a bottle that is less than half way filled when you first open it. But other than that annoyance this is a great product. It tastes really good and I would recommend it!

This is tasty but it contains a lot of sodium. I noticed after drinking my glass, I was still very thirsty. I use this on busy work days or very active exercise related days. It does help with hydrating because after my glass, just just wanted more liquids. Overall its okay, I think other drinks can do the job at a cheaper price point

Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.

Took this for a month and didn't notice much change. Might just not work for me personally.

It's fine. Did what I expected, nothing more. Might try other brands before reordering.
