I like using biotin for strong nails, and this supplement meets my needs. I take it twice a week, which seems to be the right dose for me. More than that makes my hair grow too much where I don’t want it! I like how it is gluten free, don’t like that it contains a sweetener, seems unnecessary.

I take this with my breakfast and vitamins. I've been taking biotin for about 3 years. Prior to that I was losing my hair in my comb and brushes, way too much, and my nails were breaking. I am an elderly woman and expected it was due to aging but thought I'd try it anyway. What a relief not to worry about that anymore. The brand I prefer is not available on Amazon. This has the same dosage but for some reason if I miss a day, my nails will likely peel under in the pink area under the skin bed. :(

After getting C-19 in December of 2021 I lost a lot of hair, I mean like 50% of my hair. I have tried so many thing to get it to grow back and it is taking it sweet little time doing so. I have used shampoos, serums, pills and those are just a few items. I have found a shampoo but like other items it takes time, now these biotin pills work great and being that there are 500 of them in this huge bottle and that they are only $16.99 I will have biotin for well over a year and that makes me very happy. You only have to take 1 a day and they are quick dissolving or you can do I like do and just swallow it. When I do run out I will be able to come back here to purchase more. Recommend
