We take multivitamins every day and caplets just got more difficult to swallow over the years. I'm so happy they've come out with this easy-to-swallow capsule full of our daily necessary stuff--and for a great price for the amount you get!

This is an amazing liquid multivitamin inside a capsule. The fact that it is liquid makes it absorb faster once your body breaks down the capsule. There are some very high amounts of the B vitamins as well as of copper and chromium. However, they are water soluble and will be eliminated once your body gets what it needs of them. I really appreciate that the manufacturer has made this product with natural ingredients. Even the “Other ingredients” are natural. I can have confidence when I take this multivitamin that I am not putting junk in my body. This multivitamin does not have all of the vitamins and minerals you need each day but it has a lot of them. The capsules themselves are very dark which surprised me at first but I got used to them. They smell a little fruity, not bad at all. They have some kind of coating on the outside that makes them swallow right down. Possibly the rice bran oil. The suggested dosage is two capsules daily with meals. I have only been taking one a day since I get a lot of nutrients in the healthy food I eat. For people who do not eat healthy taking two could be beneficial. These multivitamins have given me a little extra oomph in my stride. I think and feel better since I have been taking them. They’re priced pretty well for a two month supply. I cannot say enough of how much I like these multivitamins and their great ingredients. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I like the wide variety in these vitamins. A very good mix of some of the food I wouldn’t want to eat or don’t eat often enough but getting the benefit from them in here. What I don’t like is the big daily values in the “regular” vitamins you normally get in daily vitamins but at such high values. And because of that I only take 1 of these vitamins not the 2 that they recommend. I get enough of what I need from that even with some of the values a bit high it doesn’t upset my stomach. At 2 months supply, that’s about $15 a month and that’s a good price. At the 1 vitamin I take, that’s a 4 month supply so even better lol. If the daily values of some were brought down to normal levels and add a bit more of that “extra” stuff it would be perfect, but as is it’s close. 4.5 stars

Supermax is an affordable, solid choice for a multivitamin. High in B vitamins, it gives me a valuable energy boost. The liquid capsules are very easy to swallow and are easy on my stomach. Perhaps being liquid allows them to be absorbed more quickly as well?<br /><br />The ingredient list looks to be a kitchen sink approach, but 50mcg of Co-Q10(recommended dose is like 200 times this amount), 5mg of bioflavonoids, and 5mg of fruits & vegetables blend are realistically not enough to see much benefit much from their inclusion.<br /><br />All around this is a good multi though. It costs barely more than half as much as the 2 a day multi I usually take.

So far I'm very satisfied with this multi vitamin. I'm on my second bottle.
