These gummies aren’t exceptionally sweet. They have a soft, mild berry flavor. The texture is quite gummy-like, and really not sticky on the teeth or to the touch. I haven’t noticed any aftertaste.<br /><br />I did find that the vitamin content in this Kids Vitmain is exactly the same as the Adults vitamin B of this brand. I uploaded a photo of both bottles side by side so you can see. I’m not sure how the two are really different, other than these gummies providing different daily values for different ages.<br /><br />Since the vitmain content is the same, though, all of our family can enjoy these. Although I do take more than one.

My 8 year old loves taking these vitamins. They are tasty and I love the fact that they don't have sugar. He can't tell so it's a win win. I feel good about giving him these supplements.
