Do not buy this product. I bought BodyTech 100% Slow Release Casein (Chocolate) from Vitamin Shoppe. It's price was pretty competitive and I am never buying this again. It tastes terrible when mixed with water. Milk improves the taste slightly, but the "lumps" formed add up to bad odor and taste.<br /><br />Thanks.

Great taste, I even make &#34;hot cocoa&#34; with it instead of cold and it is pretty food. A little chunky when hot but I love it. Best taste protein I had so far.

Do not like. Doesn't mix well and tastes artificial and chalky. Will never buy again. Just go with Optimum Nutrition instead -- I wish I had. This is what I get for trying something new...ugh.

Its not high quality but for the price its decent. It dosnt seem as pure as some other brand.

The protein seems to mix well, has a good flavor, and is easy to digest from what I can tell so far. This was priced well for what I got; I would recommend it for anyone looking for a slow digesting protein. I like to use it before bedtime after heavy workouts or for when I know it will be a while until I get to eat during normal meal times. I gave four stars only because I noticed that it leaves a thick film in my shaker cup unless I really scrub it thoroughly after every use; I usually just rinse it out with other brands of protein in the past.
