From start to finish I love this product. The packaging itself looks gentle and feminine with it's soft pink color. The night I started taking this I slept solid, without waking up. This has not happened in ages, even with prescription sleeping pills. I'm so glad I found this!

I usually don’t notice a lot of change after taking supplements, but I have been very surprised with this. I have had better nights of sleep and even helped with my cramps. So happy I found this supplement!

I love being able to skip the taste of magnesium while getting the ideal form of the mineral. *And* it’s chelated! Perfect

I'm unhappy with this product for one reason - it's not what it says it is. The product page says, "Magnesium Glycinate," but when you look at the actual magnesium source on the back, it shows that it is magnesium glycinate AND the very inferior Magnesium Oxide. It doesn't say how much of each one either, but rather lumps them both together saying 200 mg for 2 capsules.<br /><br />I'm not a fan of magnesium oxide, as it is not absorbed well by the body and can have a laxative effect. I take magnesium glycinate for the high absorption, so I'm quite disappointed with this product.

This supplement was recommended to me by my doctor to help with migraines. Since starting I have gotten way less and those that I do get are much better.

Great form of magnesium. I have headaches daily and these really do seem to help with the frequency of headaches.
