It's not fast-acting, but once it started working it helped me tremendously.

For someone who is ALWAYS constipated, this product is a God-send. There are other brands of similar products - one that comes in an orange container tends to turn into a gelatinous glob in the bottom of your glass if you don't drink it fast enough. The other brand with a purple and while bottle sometimes doesn't dissolve all the way.<br /><br />This product has no taste at all and no negative affects. No glob at the bottom, no getting a mouthful of grit when you take a drink. I don't even use a whole packet at one time. I use a half packet with my drink and it keeps me regular without making me have to run to the bathroom.<br /><br />I do recommend this product.

All reviews here are for child version. I bought adult. Trying but don’t think I’ll be able to tolerate the very fishy taste long term. Never encountered this before in probiotic and can’t imagine what’s in it to cause this. Fishy taste hits you immediately on outside of pill, which is quite large, and “repeats” later.

I regularly take both a pro biotic and a pre biotic fiber supplement in the form of MiraLAX so this product that combined the two seemed interesting and after finishing the bottle It's very convenient to just have to take this over the two separate products. The pill size is a little on the larger size but I personally didn't have any issues swallowing it it is a gel cased type pill where you can see the contents so it's easy to see what it's for if you use a separate pill container. The product itself worked well for me like I said I do normally take a probiotic so all I looked for is to for things to remain the same and they did I didn't have any gas issues and had regular bowel movements so im happy with the performance.

I've had constipation issues since I was a kid and am now in my 30's. I take this probiotic/prebiotic every day with my morning coffee and it really helps keep me regular. It is digested naturally and helps your body ease into having a bowel movement. Culturelle is a well established brand and I love their products.

I've been using this brand on occasion for a couple days now, but I have never tried this specific type until this last week. I have had irregularity issues for a long time and plan to keep these in my arsenal because they work instantly! I won't be using these daily because they are much stronger than my day to day probiotics, but I do want to use these on the occasional use when I am more constipated than usual. These are best if used daily, unless you know your GI tract well like I do. However, even occasional use so far has had great results. I don't have any irregular side effects. I don't have any problem swallowing the capsule. It's very easy to swallow and I don't have any weird burps either. I find I have relief in about 3-4 hours within taking. It's not a laxative, but for my constipation days it does even that out with a gentle effect. For $26, it's a decent price for a month supply. You can find other brands of similar value for cheaper, but they won't necessarily provide the same results.
