I ordered these because I wanted to improve my nail and hair health. I’ve always had issues with brittle nails. My hair is healthy overall but I just wanted to maybe increase hair growth.<br /><br />I have been using these for the last 3 weeks or so. The capsules are easy to swallow but you have to take 3…good grief.<br /><br />So, as mentioned I’ve been taking for the last 3 weeks. I will definitely say my nails have improved. My hair…well that’s hard to say. I don’t really have any hair issues to where I can specifically say there is a difference. It seems possible that the growth may have increased but I am also taking biotin.<br /><br />Overall these are are a good addition to my vitamin regimen.

I started buying YouTheory collagen from Costco this year and loved the almost immediate results. I told everyone about it, and everyone that has tried believes they also experience various benefits. So when I saw this included two other types of collagen, I wanted to see how it compares, especially if it benefits my hair. That will probably take at least the entire bottle to have a better idea, so I will have to update then.<br /><br />I take half the dosage YouTheory recommends, or 3 tablets. PaleoPro capsules are a bit easier...unless they're still too big and you want to option to cut tablets in half. PaleoPro delivers about half the amount of collagen, but again, it includes more variety. YouTheory includes biotin and Vitamin C. PaleoPro has laudable standards but is almost 4x the cost of YouTheory. I'm looking forward to seeing if this helps my hair - or anything else - noticeably. In that case, the cost could offset my search for solutions in other often pricey products like shampoos, serums, and supplements. These were sealed.

OK so I love that these are Capsules and not gummies. Easy to take and great for you. Many health benefits from taking collagen.
