Got these yesterday and took two. Two hours later I fell asleep and slept all of two hours. Couldn’t go back to sleep and it’s 9:00 a.m and I’ve been awake since 1:30 am. I think these keeps you awake instead of putting you asleep. They are very expensive and can’t be returned.
I took several bottles of this. It helps me sleep so well. Now it seems I don't have problems sleeping and I don't need to take it anymore.

Caused stomach upset almost every dose. May work fine for others but definitely not for me.
Took this for a month and didn't notice much change. Might just not work for me personally.
Capsules are on the larger side, hard for me to swallow. Product might work but it's not practical.
