This came with 30 capsules, for a full month it would be about $30, I usually buy the powder and add it to my smoothie or coffee, and it’s usually a a scoop which is a lot more than two of these capsules, however, it’s easier to stay consistent when taking pills because there are days I dont have smoothies or forget to add to my coffee. There’s pros and cons it just depends what you are looking for.
These aren't your ordinary pills, they're loaded with all sort of nutrient ands vitamins!
I use Biotin for my thinning hair and it seems to work.
I've been taking these for about 3 weeks now and was getting constipated bad and I wasn't sure at first cuz I was taking a new gummie vitamin also but when stopped taking this one night I wasn't constipated the next day. Then didn't take it the next night and no constipation that next day either then took one in the 3rd night and was constipated the next day so it was for sure these making me constipated. My stools were very hard and painful and it was the cause from taking these. I've been taking biotin for years now and my hair always was full thick and grew fast but these did NOTHING but constipated me so I'll be throwing them in the garbage and going back to my original brand. Bummer.
My hair has been thinning and falling off at the same time. I am looking forward to taking the product for a while to make sure it works.
With me it is easy to swallow, but that's me. If you have swallowing the capsules are large. It has no taste for me because they go down fast, and that's taking the two at the same time.
