I liked this zinc supplement’s minty flavor. I felt like it was a nice touch. I tried some of it out, and it had a nearly immediately noticeable effect of a slight stimulating nature which I could relate to, from taking other mineral supplements. Zinc is an important mineral for the support of the health of internal organs, and we scarcely ever get enough minerals from our standard diet, so supplementation is crucial. I highly recommend this product.

For about $20 (at the time of this writing), you get 2 bottles with 30 servings each of zinc. This is a good deal, especially for a liquid supplement. I'm a big fan of liquid supplements as they tend to be more bio available. This is a great deal.

It didn't upset my stomach. The flavor was very pleasant. I have cancer and I take a lot of meds, so this is one way to take vitamins and minerals.

Took this for a month and didn't notice much change. Might just not work for me personally.

Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.
