I took the product twice and became violently ill a couple hours later each time. Horrible vomitting and diarrhea. I tried to return the product but was told refund and return was not an option. Buyer be ware!

This is a magnesium supplement with 350mg chelated magnesium, 50mcg Vitamin D3, 3mg boron and 15 mg zinc as well as 120mg ashwagandha and 100mg "superactive organic blueberry powder." 3 large bright blue pills is a serving, 90 pills in the bottle, a 30-day supply. Directions say for energy, vitality and brain support, take them in the morning/afternoon, for relaxation and restful sleep, take in the evening. At the current price of $40 for a month's supply, that's about $1.32 a day, pretty expensive for one supplement.

I take one of these every day and while the pill is quite large, I find it easy to take and it seems to absorb quickly. If you are looking to incorporate this supplement into your routine I recommend this one!

This product has assisted me in getting a better and sounder sleep at night.

I think this is a very good magnesium supplement, but there are a couple of things that I'm not too fond of. One is that the dosage is 3 of these rather large, blue tablets. The other is that it contains magnesium oxide (along with much better forms of magnesium) which basically is useless unless you're constipated. Magnesium oxide is not absorbed well and rips right through most people's systems. Magnesium bisglycinate (which is in this supplement) is a good form for better absorption and is the kind I usually take. This supplement also contains some zinc and other good things, but again, I have a hard time getting past the 3 tablets even if they are coated to make swallowing them easier. Plus, these are really pricey for what you get. As of this review a bottle of 90 tablets (one month supply) costs $39.95. I think this is a good supplement, but not one of my favorite magnesium supplements.
