My husband took this multi vitamin along with Mens Vitality and had extra energy.

As with most vitamins it is actually difficult to determine if they have a positive effect. These seem to be well balanced, are easy to swallow, no odor, and no after taste like you find with some oil based products. So, without being able to say these changed my life, they seem to be a quality product and I still feel as good as when taking a better known national brand.

My husband (age 50) loves this supplement. It cuts down on the additional supplements he used to take as this is truly a complete multi. He has not gotten sick even though he has been exposed to several sick parties. He also feels more energetic. This is a keeper!

I think this is a great Multivitamin. I mean I"m not an FDA lab or anything, so I can't vouch for the contents, but:<br /><br />a) The packaging is clearly laid out and the instructions are clear<br />b) The capsules are of high quality; nothing looked out of place or crushed<br />c) I had no digestive issues taking this<br />d) I felt like that amount of superdosing biotin was really beneficial for my nails, hair and skin<br />e) I like the fact that, in addition to the biotine, that it's got a great multivitamin mix<br />f) The cost is so:so -- at about $1 a day I wouldn't say that this is my favorite but I think that you gotta keep in mind that this pill appears to be high quality and contains a bunch of stuff. So you get what you pay for!
