does what it should

I tend to get migraines triggered by an old neck injury or being dehydrated. Though I have much of my health under control through diet (no sugars/grains) and gut biome tweaking, I still get breakthrough migraines triggered by that injury & forgetting to drink enough water. or not having enough electrolytes to keep it there. One thing already in my arsenal is a salt complex. I know if I am low on salt/magnesium/potassium they will trigger easily. Thus, I understand the dynamics of this electrolyte mix. I have been able to pull myself out of a migraine attack with a salt complex alone. THIS mixture has a tart flavor. A hair bubbly. Taste like I imagine it would. Sugar free. Very tart when I get down to the bottom of it. To me, it does what it should. No complaints or regrets. As an update ... we also like this on hot days. It is perfect for working outside. The percentage of salts is higher than many. I wish they sold it in just a tub instead of the packets.

Tastes great, works well for hydration

These oasis stick packs are so easy for on-the-go. I take them with me when I travel and also for at-home use. For someone dealing with migraine, I’ve tried a ton of options on the market and Oasis works so well for hydration (dehydration can cause migraine). Not only are these effective but they also taste great

Very light flavor, cost prohibitive

I appreciate the idea of this product. We all need some vitamins and minerals, especially those who have migraines such as myself. I honestly didn't notice any difference. I also can't get behind the price point. Each package costs about $1.45. That's a lot of money for something that might not work.

helps reduce headaches

I am not a avid suffer of headaches. I wanted to try to see if this product does diminish headaches. I purposely waiting till i was suffering from a headache to try it. I noticed it did diminish my headache so it wasn't as bad. It tastes like gatorade or power aid lemon/lime. Not a bad taste. Less sugar which is good. It hydrates great. I also tried these packets during workouts and they help give me energy to get through the day after a longer workout. I think the price is a lot for 30 packages, but that must be due to all the research and healthy ingredients.

Tastes Good - But Expensive and What Are The Ingredients?

Ahhh Cove. I thoroughly enjoy these hydration drinks, but the problem is twofold - cost and lack of transparency. Cove, where are the ingredients listed? I have Googled and searched and have come up empty. I see lists of vitamins and minerals and I see a tiny list on the box of natural flavors and citric acid, but I know there is a sweetener in there, which is not listed. How many calories are in these little sticks? How many sugar alcohols? How many carbs? What am I drinking!? Also Cove, $45 for 30 packets is just crazy town. I do enjoy electrolyte drinks and will pay about $1 per serving but I will not pay more. Now, if you don't care about ingredients and you have lots of extra cash laying around then, I give these sticks my approval. They do taste like lemonade. They are easy to mix and they do not taste grainy.
