Me gusta pir q tengo estreñimiento crónico y solo tomo una en la noche y en la mañana voy al baño sin dolor ni esforzar el q parezca de estreñimiento se las aconsejo q la compren por lo menos a mi me funciona las volveré a comprar por q no es fácil estar con estreñimiento y esto me a ayudado le doy 5 estrellas

Me gusta mucho, espere casi 2 meses para escribir la reseña Para poder dar un testimonio real, y la verdad es que es demasiado bueno este producto, lo compre porque mi neurologo me indicó que tomara citrato de magnesio para la migraña y la verdad que desde que empecé a utilizarlo no me han vuelto más episodios de migraña con náuseas, me ayuda a dormir muy bien. Y sin duda alguna volveré a ordenarlo.

El producto es muy bueno. Lo malo es comprar últimamente en Amazon. Te dicen una fecha de entrega, y lo mandan cuando les da la gana .
