I'm horrible at taking anything such as vitamins so when I hot these I did try them for a little bit and just forgot to keep taking them but for the little time I did take them I did notice a bit of change in the growth of my nails my hair its hard to tell because I have thick hair and as I was in the middle of taking this I had my hair trimed at the time the taste isn't bad at all very easy to chew.

I had been taking another brand Biotin gummies and basically wanted to try something different. I have found that Biotin really makes a difference in my hair and nail growth. I wasn’t really expecting any real changes from the other brand to this but I was pleasantly surprised. After taking these for a few weeks, I noticed a remarkable difference in the strength of my nails. I wasn’t imagining it or necessarily even looking to see a difference but did realize that my nails were exceptionally stronger. I can only attribute that to these new biotin gummies. I take one gummy (5000) per day as I find this sufficient. I definitely recommend these gummies and will continue to order them. Btw, my hair is growing faster also, not necessarily thicker :) but the speed in which it grows has changed

I do not like the taste and the texture of these gummies. I tried all flavors a few times and I can not eat them because they taste so bad.

Taste terrible. No improvement in my hair. Unless you count hair on my legs that’s growing

I received these vitamins And they were over a year expired. I can’t speak on their quality etc.. since I didn’t get to try them. They were extremely discolored from the length of time expired! I sent them back.

This product saved my nails. Im so happy my nails are recovering and are healthy now; They taste ok but taste doesnt really matter to me l just bought it to help my nails and thats what they did! I am very satisfied!!
