BioPure makes quality supplements, with some of them based on the protocols of Dr Dietrich Klinghardt. They offer 100% Organic chlorella in both C. vulgaris and C. pyrenoidosa species. Even with cracked cells walls, C. pyrenoidosa can be harder to digest than C. vulgaris. But in spite of that, I decided to try the C. pyrenoidosa as it is considered to be more effective with metals. So I took it for 3 months and just redid my metals testing so I don't know yet whether it worked or not. While taking the Chlorella P, I wasn't sure if some of my symptoms were from detoxing metals or from the chlorella itself, but I still decided that for the next 3 months, I would try Vulgaris form and see if there was a difference in symptoms and effectiveness. It wasn't until changing over to this Vulgaris form that I had a huge improvement in some of my symptoms, particularly my digestion. So I am going to stay on this product then re-test for metals again and see the difference between how the two forms have worked. I am pleased with this product. I can feel the detoxifying effect a couple days after taking it and later I feel better than ever. My only complaint is it had been on the shelf for quite a while before it was sent. The expiration said reads, &#34;It's best by Jan. 20, 2018.&#34; I only had a month before it was past it's expiration date. If it wasn't so old I'd have given it five stars.
