I've struggled for years with psoriasis and was using hydro-cortisone creams regularly. This is such a great product! I've had a vitamin D deficiency for awhile now but after I had my gallbladder out I could no longer absorb fat soluble vitamins through my digestive tract. I was happy to learn that I could get my vitamin D through a skin cream instead. What's even better is this cream also includes vitamin K2 (also fat soluble). It's only been about a week but I've definitely noticed I'm sleeping deeper and waking up more well rested than I have in years. I'm very happy with the dose level of 10,000 IU since I am so low in vitamin D and the fact that it has a 70-80 day supply makes it a great deal. Each pump gives out a decent amount of product and has a pleasant smell that smells like cinnamon to me. Overall, very happy!
My d3 was low and no matter what oral d3 supplement I tried I could not tolerate it. I would get deep pain throughout my body. My liver has problems processing many things. This product does not increase your D3 levels. I used it for 6 months and when I had bloodwork done, my number dropped from 36 down to 24. I gave it 2 stars because apparently the essential oils in this help you get sleepy.
I can’t believe it! I have been suffering with scalp psoriasis for 14 years and my dermatologist has been giving creams and medications that never really worked. Full of chemicals. I tried this for two days and you’re telling me it was 75% gone!? I’m on day 3 and it’s at 90% gone! This makes me so mad that the FDA continues to medicate and lie to us! I have no words right now how disgusted I am knowing that I’ve lived this long suffering with this disease and I didn’t have to.
This cream absorbs well and feels nice on the skin. However, after using it daily for three months and re-checking my vitamin D level, it had no positive effect. My level actually went down.
