I've been on the keto diet for a while and find that its difficult staying hydrated without taking something that has sugar in it or tastes terrible. Recently I've also started a medication that causes additional dehydration. It seemed like no matter how much water I drank a day or how much salt / potassium/ magnesium supplements I added I was still very dehydrated. I don't remember how I stumbled across these but my goodness am I glad I did. Within an hour of drinking my first one I felt the brain fog begin to lift and my tiredness begin to go away. Now I drink at last one every single day (2 if I need it). They taste great (surprisingly peach is my favorite and I usually can't stand artificial peach flavor). Maybe I'll get a little sparkling water and make myself a mocktail, they are that good!

This product is a solid electrolyte replenishment drink. It is very convenient, coming in the little packets. The flavors taste great and are different than the usual flavors. It has no added sugar, which is a super bonus. But what is most important here is that this is a fantastic way to get much needed potassium and magnesium in your day. Most of us don't get enough of these minerals. Leg cramps? On Keto? Getting muscle twitches? Constipated? This type of product can help with all these things! Then add the Lion's Mane - which is a great adaptogen for mental health, this product really covers many bases - and more than it's competitors.

I am always testing out different hydration formulations as I am in constant need of replenishing my electrolytes. IQMix is hands down one of the most delicious and effective on the market. Wonderful design too. Highly recommend the sampler but blood orange is my favorite.

I have been having a heart arrhythmia which seems to be improved by increasing my potassium intake. I started looking for an electrolyte supplement which wouldn't ruin my attempts at a low sugar/keto diet AND had a decently high potassium per serving AND had a flavor that wasn't totally yucky.<br /><br />IQmix so far has what I was looking for. The flavors are mild and pleasant but there is a slight aftertaste of... dirt?? maybe from the mushrooms. I've been looking into the health benefits of certain mushrooms and it's pretty awesome to have those benefits in my electrolyte. IQmix also has more balanced amount of sodium to potassium compared to other brands. I had tried LMNT but the taste is SO SALTY I had to dilute it in over 32 ounces of water, which meant each ounce has a smaller amount of the potassium in it. IQmix on the other hand, I can drink in only 16 ounces of water and get more potassium per ounce.<br /><br />I do wish the price was a little lower, since I tend to have two sticks a day. One in the morning and one in the evening during my workout at the gym. Plus my husband has one during his gym workout too. So we go through the packs pretty quickly but i am planning to keep ordering more because I do think this product is giving my body what it needs to function more optimally.

I am very particular about what I put in my body and I am a medical student so I always need some kind of boost. I am completely caffeine free and have found this combo to give me the energy and brain boost I need. I wish there were no natural flavors in this, this is something I usually avoid like the plague, but I love the other ingredients and have found great benefit from it. I have hope they will change the natural flavors in the future but this is definitely one of the best electrolytes I have used!

I have dysautonomia and require above-average hydration. I used to be on a liter of IV fluids per day but since having my chest port removed I needed to find ways to drink my fluids instead (and drinking insane amounts of pure water actually caused more harm than good...enter electrolytes).<br /><br />I tried this because the ingredients were clean, especially compared to more popular brands and it doesn't have any sugar or glucose. I like that IQ MIX uses sea salt instead of bleached table salt, and stevia instead of aspartame or sucralose/Splenda. I wish it didn't have citric acid which can be sourced from mold, but that seems to be unavoidable in any electrolyte mixes (ask the company where it's sourced from if you're sensitive or concerned). The flavor is a bit sweet, but if you get the sample pack you can definitely find a flavor you like. The lemon and lime is the least sweet in my opinion.<br /><br />Don't fall for the advertising in other brands. As someone who was literally on IV fluids for years, I can tell you the brand Liquid IV is not as advertised. A spike in blood sugar (and then a sugar crash) won't help rehydration!<br /><br />I use one of the IQ MIX packets in the afternoon after one Cure packet in the morning (I take Synthroid and can't have anything with magnesium for 4 hours after taking it, and Cure brand doesn't have magnesium). Seems to be working for me, though I might need to increase during the summer. Redmond Re-lyte is another clean ingredient electrolyte powder that I use and it has a higher salt content if anyone else is suffering from low blood pressure/POTS/dysautonomia and looking for alternatives.<br /><br />*Just adding for anyone else with dysautonomia searching for electrolyte options- I've recently discovered Klaralyte salt pills and they help so much for times you don't feel up to drinking your electrolytes. They're around the same price point as the drink mixes and you can take as many as you need at a time.
