I have noticed some great things with my skin. It seems to have helped to decrease my fine smile lines and helped the inflammation and puffiness of my face. It doesn't upset my stomach or cause any discomfort. This is a big deal for me as I have a really sensitive stomach so if it's bad then I'll notice it shortly. It seems to have helped my pain and tightness loosen up as well. Now is this a cure all no I don't think so but in combination with my topical skin care routine and my moderately healthy lifestyle I'll definitely keep this in my supplement routine. The results are real! Not instant but definitely real with prolonged proper use.
