Exactly what I was hoping for
Great value for the serving count — works out cheaper per dose than the big brands. Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day.

Fine for the price
Sleep quality went up almost immediately, which is exactly what I wanted. Honestly tastes like a treat rather than a chore. Great value for the serving count — works out cheaper per dose than the big brands. Needs a blender to mix properly, a shaker just doesn't cut it.
