Overall great concept but it’s smaller then expected, the flavor is more chalky then peppermint.

Oh, I actually really like this. What a treat! It is chocolatey, pepperminty, smooth.. just quite nice.<br /><br /> I normally dont buy flavored collagen, but when I saw a quality brand (vital proteins) and the flavor peppermint mocha, I just had to try it. I love peppermint and chocolate together. I do not like chocolate and coffee together, so I knew I would be using this in something else, and that is.. hot chocolate. I make a hot smoothie of the sorts using a chocolate protein powder and I add in some extra unsweetened cocoa, then some non dairy milk or hot water, blend, and enjoy. I began adding this in, and was pleasantly surprised that the peppermint holds up.<br /><br /> I am really enjoying this addition to my "hot cocoa", and I have even been adding it into regular hot cocoa too (some regular hot cocoa powder, some unsweetened cocoa powder, and a serving of this with either hot water or hot almond milk, then blended to make it frothy). The other thing I do is make a hot cocoa with a little matcha powder. If I dont use too much matcha, the taste of the matcha is wonderfully obscured by this collagen creamer, yet I still get benefits of matcha. But often I add in extra chocolate (regular hot chocolate powder or plain unsweetened chocolate).<br /><br />Anway, I have been drinking it daily during these chilly winter afternoons, and will likely repurchase. I see it more of a seasonal thing as it isnt a flavor I go for any other time of year. But I am really enjoying it now, and loving how it has a simple, natural taste. Creamy. Nothing weird going on for me. Just a fun product, a nice treat.<br /><br />5 stars for my personal enjoyment of it

This is actually very bad. And I’ll eat or drink anything. Very little peppermint flavor. Has a “vomit soapy” taste. Awful!!

I was hoping this would be a great way to add collagen to my daily coffee without using flavorless gelatin. However, upon adding this I found that the peppermint mocha flavor was very unappetizing and did not work well with several brands of coffee I tried it with. I was also unable to get it mixed well without resorting to using hand blender, otherwise it would chunk up in the coffee and have a terrible texture.<br /><br />Taste is of course subjective, so I'm sure some might like this. But even if one does like this and is ok with blending each cup, the price for this is just not worth it given that it is only 7 servings per container.<br /><br />Unfortunately, I feel this is an overall disappointing product.

I usually add plain collagen powder to my coffee but thought it would be fun to try this. The peppermint mocha flavor is pretty good, though I regularly prefer vanilla or caramel oat milk creamer. It disperses and blends into coffee well if it's hot enough. If it's cooled too much, it's definitely a bit lumpy. Low in sugar which is great, I use about a 1/2 a scoop otherwise the flavor is overwhelming. I'd try a different flavor but wouldn't get this one again.

I've used Vital Proteins collagen previously and it is a good quality supplement and well-known company. I am also a fan of peppermint in coffee creamer. Unfortunately, the combination doesn't work well. The creamer doesn't mix well and the peppermint flavor isn't good in combination with the collagen. There is also a bad odor when mixed with coffee. I would definitely recommend Vital Proteins unflavored collagen, but this flavored version isn't for me.
