Let me just start with this, I do not write a lot of reviews! Mainly just because nothing really has given the wow factor to do it or the absolute worst experience ever. You could say I’m middle of the road with most things. HOWEVER, I feel like this product deserves a review! I started taking this less than a week ago, I was not symptomatic for anything except mid winter blues. I thought some vitamin C would help boost my mood and bonus- my immune system at the same time. I seriously had no idea how far from myself I was actually feeling. Just after a couple days, I woke up to my normal morning routine; feed the dog, make coffee, shower.... that’s when I felt it, I looked around and felt like a fog had been lifted. I felt like I was grounded, I had energy, I felt happy... I will definitely be keeping a bottle of this magic around at all times!

I have learned the importance of taking a complete vitamin C source and NOT ascorbic acid. So I started drying and grinding my own organic lemon and orange peels. But they do not mix up well in water and don't taste good. I make smoothies, but usually smoothies have other good sources of C so I don't need C in smoothies. So when I don't feel like making a smoothie, I used the peels. It took precious work and time.<br /><br />I listened to the paleovalley infomercial and trusted them. I'm not one to trust many companies. Then I started listening to another infomercial that sounded interesting and HA—it was paleovalley Essential C Complex again! ;D I liked that they were Non-GMO, whole-food, and especially NO magnesium stearate fillers! Don't get me started on magnesium stearate! I'm on my 6th bottle of Essential C Complex. :)

Loved the ingredients and potency of this vitamin c, it’s made out of ingredients I can trust and was an awesome vitamin c boost throughout my pregnancy!

This is my first time taking a vitamin c supplement, but this had no tastes or smell. It’s easy to swallow and it’s a great amount of vitamin c per tablet. I bought this to help up my vitamin c during this covid crisis. I think it’s working well

The reseller of this product claims to be an authorized PaleoValley reseller. However, their bottle shows 56 capsules. As far as I know PaleoValley does not make a bottle that size and to make things worse their first picture shows 56 capsules but subsequent pictures show 60 capsules & and pic shows 2 capsules daily & this is a 30 day supply. I'm not a math genius but I think that comes out to "60". Additionally there are a couple of questions posed asking them about the 56 count and they just skirt around the fact that PaleoValley bottles contain 60 and say Their bottles contain 56 and we don't want to confuse anyone. We'll if thats the case then why don't you properly answer the question and explain why and how you have a bottle with 4 less capsules than what is manufactured by PaleoValley. While you are at it, fix the misleading pictures you have in your sales pitch!!!

It's good. Just takes a lot of capsules to get to higher dose needed when sick, so it ran out very quickly.
