I don't know what the hell these people mean by "working out" but this stuff is crazy good for the day after you get fall down drunk. That's coming from the hardest working liver in Arizona.

I have tried many energy, pre-workouts, recovery powders and mixes and this has to be my favorite yet. The taste is great and easy to drink. I am an avid runner and got it for post-run recovery and noticed a big difference the first couple uses. My body didn't feel fatigued at all after drinking this after a run. It has been great in the mornings without a run even. It seems to get my head and body ready to go for the day as soon as I wake up. Highly recommend for any athlete or anyone at all!

While training for a week in the Rockies this October, I was looking for a hydration replacement drink first. With HYDRATE & RECOVER’s added benefit of recovery drink, I had to try it. Was excited to try a new product after being highly recommended, since a product I'd been using for2 years that worked extremely well was discontinued 2 months ago and I was running out of my last container. Cycling over 120 miles a week and needed something new, this came very highly recommended. Just received this about 3 days ago was planning it open it in about 2 weeks as I was finishing up my last container of another one but thought I'd try it today since I was especially looking forward to the grape flavor and as soon as I opened it up...a mostly SOLID AS A ROCK was staring at me and I'm disappointed but thinking, no worries, I'll go ahead and issue a re-do and order a REPLACEMENT and to my surprise Amazon is tellingly me this is not eligible for return OR replacement. Sooo someone is getting a call TODAY! Not Good!

I bought this to help with muscle cramps and found this product very effective. It also helps with mental clarity and focus. I'd buy it again, but in a different flavor. I didn't care for the lemon lime.

I bought grape thinking it would be better but I have Recently tried the blue raspberry from a friend and I like it so much more
