My wife heard that elderberry is supposed to be good for the immune system, as are zinc and Vitamin C, so she wanted to try this supplement. These gummies were very sweet, so even kids would probably take these without much fuss. It is difficult to say how effective they are, but my wife didn't notice any side effects and didn't experience any illnesses while taking them, so there's that.

Taste good, not sure if they work, but since starting taking them, I have not really been sick, so they may work. Like any supplements, your mileage WILL vary.

Hopefully these are helpful because they aren't worth it if they are not. The flavor is just weird & hard to explain.

I love the Flavor and texture.. I am a big fan of elderberry so I was excited to try these. Compared to the ones I purchased at a big Box store these taste much better. There is not a large quantity of other vitamin content so they should not affect other supplements that I take. I. I believe that they work and I'm excited to have these.

My 4 year old started pre school in the fall and it has been an onslaught of colds and runny noses. I started taking what I consider to be the gold standard of elderberry gummies, Airborne. Those are cheaper, have 3x the elderberry, as well as more vitamins.<br /><br />All that being said, my son has no complaints about these gummies. They have a good orange flavor and are easy to chew. I figure the lower amounts of vitamins are more ideal for a much smaller human.

Decent flavor. Unfortunately the company has told me that they don't actually know the origin of the vitamin C and can't confirm that it doesn't come from a corn source. If you have corn allergies, avoid.
