I’ve been taking the Sheild and the Zen patch now for 3 months or so. I take supplements, religiously for decades now. Of course, I don’t know if they work, but one thing I like about the Zen patch I know it works. I have young kids and I put it on around 6 o’clock at night and I can feel it calms me down. I’m not sure about the shield but based on my experience with the Zen patch, I feel it’s the same concept and that it’s a better delivery system than just taking vitamins. I get to ask about them all the time when I’m in the sauna at the gym and most people understand the patch concept. Just like the nicotine patch or lidocaine. I just started my kids on the daily kids patch and I am also just starting the daily for men. I have not tried the boost or snooze, but those are the types of patches that one would be able to tell if they work. My kids are toddlers so they’re sick all the time . I’ve managed not to get sick. I love the idea of these patches. They were definitely easy to apply and stayed securely in place, no matter what part of my body I attached them to. I do wish they were a little smaller though, without sacrificing the amount of benefits I get. I’m seriously on board with anything that prevents me from having to take more pills, but how do you know it works? I’d be more comfortable if it was approved by the FDA or another reputable agency, but I figured I’d give it a shot.<br /><br />I put this on my inner ankle, because it specifies placing it where there is lots of blood flow near the surface like wrists or ankles. It stuck securely all day, and was easy to remove at the 12 hour mark. It left no residue or mark on my skin, and wasn’t painful to wear or remove.<br /><br />Did it do anything? I have no way of knowing because I didn’t feel different and it certainly didn’t keep me safe from a 2nd round of the Covid plague. I’m recovering from that now, sinus infection and all.<br /><br />So I’ll say, try it for the three weeks or so that you get from the package, and if you feel better after that, then it probably will work for you.

As this is an immune booster, I didn't expect to feel the effects of it during or after use. It's like taking vitamins.
