Im a frequent plasma donor and they measure your iron levels every time before you can donate..if it's low you have to come back the next day..I have somehow low iron even though I eat high iron food...I tried other iron supllues that I bought in Amazon and they not always gave me the results..I saw this pills and I said why not....best decision ever.. bot only I never had a low iron read in months but also I feel more energetic. I will continue to consume.this product..no stomach upsets..no weird flavors...excellent

Was recommended these and other methylated vitamins by this company as my kids and I have a liver condition making it harder to absorb vitamins. These are easier on our stomachs and don’t cause constipation like the store brand. They are similar to the Rx ones my son had.

I needed low dose iron and these fit the bill. They do have a metallic taste, but it's not horrible.

I got these for my sister who recently had a gastric bypass surgery. One of the side effects was iron deficiency and anemia. These pills have restored her iron and increase her energy levels. Pills are small and really easy to digest. They do not upset her stomach. She was previously using a different brand but those were making her nauseous and feeling constipated.
