I cut my nails down aa far as I could the day I received and began taking Amplify. That was seven days ago. I drink plenty of water as well but it seems this supplement is fast-tracking my nail's growth. I usually have some issues with my stomach when I take some supplements but thus far, I have had no issues. My skin even seems to have a bit more elasticity in this short period.<br />I will be checking my hair growth after 30 days and will revise this review.

This gummy taste good, and has great results. I’ve noticed a difference in my hair and nails after consistent use. I will say my nails aren’t dull any longer. Using this product is an awesome way to revive your hair, skin and nails during the colder months.

I never write reviews, but had to for this product. My nails were so weak and damaged from acrylics that I decide to purchase this and will remain on it. Huge improvement and strength in my natural nails after 1 month use. Noticed I am not having as much hair fall out after showering and brushing. Great tasting too.

The flavor is tasty, and the required daily dose is perfect. Please keep out of reach of kids. I now see and feel how much stronger my nail bed is. Totally worth the purchase.

I really like the flavor of these gummies! However, after a while they start sticking together, and aren’t easy to pull apart. I feel like these may have helped my nails a little, but I haven’t noticed any change in my hair or skin.
