Love that I found a keto powder collagen and probiotics! The dosage calls for a full scoop. I put this in my coffee in the morning and I don't like my coffee too sweet and I typically drink two cups in the morning so I use a half scoop in each cup. It tastes great and I know I'm helping my body with all the great ingredients in this product. This is a full month supply so it's very cost effective as well.

I love this " chocolate" Keto Collagen that I ordered. I love the new and improved formula. My husband and I put it in our coffee every morning, and as always its so creamy. I particularly love chocolate, but this is perfect in my coffee, not to sweet, just right.<br /><br />Most of all the benefits have helped me so much! I've been using this product for about a week and I already feel like I have more energy. Half a scoop in a cup of coffee is how I like it. It's a creamer and sweetener in one. I've been taking collagen for awhile. It definitely thickens your hair and strengthens your nails. The added benefit of the Keto collagen is the increased energy. In addition I also feel my digestion has improved. I am very impressed that I feel the benefits already in such a short time. I would highly recommend this product.

When I ordered I accidentally ordered chocolate instead of vanilla, which then totally defied the reason I ordered it: to color my coffee so it doesn’t stain my teeth as much. I don’t hate chocolate so I decided to go with it anyways… however that whole week I was feeling very nauseous all week. Then the second week I started throwing up too and feeling super sick, I couldn’t figure out from what but this product was the only thing that I introduced new to my diet. Once I discontinued my sick spells stopped too. Overall I think I developed some sort of individual allergy from it… although I still do my evening shake with another similar product (not creamer but protein shake) and no adverse reaction. Unfortunately I had to discontinue this product after 2 weeks use.

I enjoyed a scoop of this supplement every day in my morning smoothie. It really added some natural sweetness to my healthy start to the day.<br />My hair, which is normally thin and lifeless, has been commented on as looking more “full” and “thick” for the first time in my life!<br />Thanks to the collagen in it I see the difference myself.<br />It tastes good and has given me that boost I need for the busy day ahead!

You won't go wrong with this purchase. Can be used in various ways. I like that it can be used to add to a drink/cup of coffee OR you can use it as the main ingredient to make a drink supplement. Enjoyed the taste very much. I was hoping it would help a little with curbing my appetite- which IT DID! Yayyy. The size of the container is very nice as it will last a little while before you purchase your next one. If you are having any doubts about purchasing- DON'T... IT'S GREAT.
