It's hard to review supplements and say how much they are working because there are so many variables when it comes to diet and nutrition. But vitamin B12 is often not included in other supplements or else it's in such low quantities that it's almost nonexistent.<br /><br />Two of these gummies provide 12 micrograms of B12, which is 500% the recommended daily amount you should eat. The B vitamins work well together, so I take these gummies along with my daily multivitamins to help boost the synergy between the B vitamins. It seems to be working, and my energy levels are up a little bit, but that could also be the weather or my work attitude. However, since the weather's been sucking and work is ... work, then it's probably the nutrition.<br /><br />So, given that it's hard to determine the efficacy of the vitamin without a lab test and controlled conditions, I'll rate the product on taste, ease of use, and cost.<br /><br />Taste: great! They are like candy, but these don't have sugar coatings like some vitamins. It's pure gummie goodness, with a nice raspberry/cherry/blackcurrent flavor. Yes, I would eat these as candy. Five stars.<br /><br />Ease of use: No need to swallow a difficult pill! Just eat and enjoy. Most important, these don't set in my stomach like a stone or cause me nausea.<br /><br />Cost: At roughly $21 bucks for a bottle of 60 gummies, they're probably in the medium range for supplements as far as costs. I tasted the tart cherry flavor more than the raspberry flavor, which is what these are described as being.<br /><br />In comparing Garden of Life Beet Gummies with other beet supplements online I noticed that there were some that were less expensive, but they generally also had less of the vitamin B12 and vitamin D. These gummies show to have 500% RDA of the vitamin B12 and 100% RDA of the vitamin D. I don't know if this matters much if you already take other vitamin supplements, but I can't think that the addition of this to the Beet Gummies would be anything bad. This might be more convenient for some people to get all that in a couple of good tasting gummies.<br /><br />I'm not sure why, but the label indicates that these are not intended for children.<br /><br />Overall, I feel good about taking these Beet Gummies. It sounds like they contain good things that are beneficial to your health, and are convenient , taste good, and are easy to take.
