For the short time I have been using these vitamin E gummies I can say they have been helpful for me. And since sometimes I have trouble swallowing pills I like the fact theses are gummy vitamins and they taste good.

Purchased these for my husband who has a difficult time swallowing any type of pill. He likes the ease of use, taste great and seem to work well.

Great taste, provides extra health benefits I was looking for.

Careful, this product does not disclose on the images or description that there is carageenan in them :( there is no image with the ingredient list, and in the description it only says "seaweed extract" while on the bottle it says "seaweed extract as non-GMO carageenan" I wish I could try them, but carageenan contains alpha-galactose so if you have AGS look for something else unfortunately

I’m taking vitamins gummies since 2019 and I love them. If you are like me, the best way to get me to remember to take all my vitamins is by giving me a tasty, candy-like gummy :) Up until a while ago you couldn’t find Vitamin E in a gummy form but I found Lunakai’s Vitamin E while browsing on Amazon and I was so so excited. Vitamin E has sooo many benefits, including serving as an antioxidant and boosting heart and eye health. It also promotes healthy skin. For me, these gummies became a MUST have. Lunakai’s vit e seems to be a pretty good product: vegan, soy free, corn free vegan and GLUTEN FREE. This actually became one of my goals for this year: NO GLUTEN or as less as possible. People don’t realize how bad the gluten actually is and how present unfortunately it is.
