I am an avid exerciser with weights. I have been a Tony Horton fan since P90x days, however, I have not noticed any changes by taking this shake. I think the taste is nothing special and it is overpriced. There are so many other shakes out there that are comparable for less money. Will NOT be buying this again. DON'T waste your money or time on this one.........

I have not tried this product yet, as it just arrived today, but upon opening it the container is not even half full of the powder!! This is very disappointing and I’m very tempted to return it. You make the container look very big on the website but you are not providing 10.4 oz you advertise. I feel very ripped off.

I’m a 41 yr old male. Since high school, I’ve valued fitness but let my body go to 💩 during the pandemic. I wanted my clothes to fit again, so I read up, & tried this protein powder. I don’t like gimmicks. This works. I tested it on myself, started on 7/10, have taken it every day since (except two), haven’t exercised except for some walking. I’ve lost 15lbs, gained muscle mass and trimmed up. Downside: It’s expensive, and takes time. If you try this be ready for the commitment and expense: you’ll need two jars a month and 5-6 weeks to really notice. That’s like $150 commitment. Still, I recommend and say it’s worth it! I’ve also tried the “plant based” (chocolate), & compared it to “whey protein” (chocolate and vanilla). Recommend the chocolate whey. It’s better in taste and dissolves easier.

Don't waste your time and money on this product as a physician I tried it and did everything according to their instructions I didn't see any changes as far as energy, building muscle or anything else that they promised. Just get some protfrom your diet and you be just fine .

I know it is the content that should be reviewed and if it does the job it claims to. BUT, I am already put off at just opening the Amazon box and finding a gigantic plastic jar, half filled with the stuff!!<br />Just what planet is Mr. Horton living on? Can't be the one so much of the world is trying to save from the plastic garbage choking it to death?<br />Not to mention the deliberately false impression - not a BIG jar of the stuff, but a BIG JAR with NOT A WHOLE LOT IN IT....<br />So, now as I will use it, I have a whole lot less time than it would seem I have to judge whether it makes any difference or not - cause THERE IS A WHOLE LOT LESS PRODUCT IN THE GIANT PLASTIC JAR THAN IT LOOKS LIKE IT SHOULD HAVE.<br />Not off to a good start.... will update about the actual product...<br />UPDATE: I ended up just throwing it out - don't waste your time and money. This product cannot be mixed into anything! Cold, hot, doesn't matter, it is totally unusable. Unless you are OK drinking clumps of bad tasting globs, don't bother with this.
