The flavor is genuinely good — not chalky or overly sweet like a lot of others I've tried. Great value for the serving count — works out cheaper per dose than the big brands. My energy through the afternoon is noticeably more stable since I started this. Needs a blender to mix properly, a shaker just doesn't cut it.

Packaging is sturdy and the freshness seal was fully intact on arrival. Smooth flavor with no weird aftertaste, which is rare in this category. Mixes clean with just a shaker bottle — no clumps and no grit at the bottom. Felt overpriced once I did the math on cost per dose.

No proprietary-blend nonsense, just clearly dosed ingredients. Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day. Resealable tub keeps everything fresh and the scoop sits right on top. Flavor is bland at best, slightly chemical at worst.
