I have read that ionic Zinc is the best form to take for maximum absorption. This zinc supplement comes in the form of zinc sulfate and the medium it’s delivered in is organic vegetable glycerin and purified water. Two droppers full is the recommended dosage which delivers approximately 15 mg of zinc. With that dosage this bottle delivers 30 doses, so a dose is about $.80 a day. Not quite as cheap as some tablets, but if it’s truly more absorbable, it may be worth it. It’s tastes sweet but doesn't seem to list what exactly is sweetening it. Other ingredients listed are organic vegetable glycerin and purified water. I ind it very easy to take, in water, a smoothie or even right out of the dropper.

I'm a big fan of liquid supplements and I'm an even bigger fan of ones that work but are decently priced and this one falls into both categories. I actually finished this prior to starting the one I'm using now. I can tell you that it helped. Between that and VItamins C, D3, etc., I didn't get sick at all last year. I didn't even get the sniffles and everyone all around me was getting ridiculously sick so i was definitely exposed to pretty much everything out there. It's important to build and maintain that immune system. Your health is worth the investment!

I really like ionic supplements as I feel like they’re absorbed more readily than pills. I like that this zinc is on the lower end with 15 mg, so that you’re not getting too much. I even half the dose at times so that I make sure I’m not getting too much at once. Taking zinc without copper for long periods of time can deplete copper and cause more issues. I like that this brand is organic and that is easy to add to fluids. I also like that the product is made in the USA. The expiration date is also over a year out which is nice. Good product and good value.

Seems to be a good product, and the liquid form means one less pill to swallow every day!

I have been using zinc over the winter combined with quinine water or tonic water on days when I feel a bit meh.
