I've ordered lemonade flavor twice and would still like to know how it tastes. Both times I received berry flavor, which is very nice, but not what I ordered.

I struggle keeping my electrolytes in balance. I get headaches and get really crabby. My neurologist constantly recommends bone broth and salt water, but drinking salt water is not on the menu and sipping bone broth makes me feel sick. I know, I'm picky.<br /><br />I have tried other electrolyte replacement tricks and have yet to find something that really fits for me. These sticks are just okay.<br /><br />They mix okay. They take a little work. I use a whisk and even when I whisked and poured the powder slowly I was still left with powder at the bottom of my glass. Using this method with other powders - collagen and BHB- I have always had good results. The flavor was like a blueberry walked by a cold glass of water and then someone mixed in a tablespoon of salt.<br /><br />*Note, I drink flavored fizzy waters. I love flavored fizzy waters. I still found this mix to be weirdly underwhelming.<br /><br />The most annoying part of these packets, is they did not really help my electrolytes. When I drink the recommended glass of salt water or bone broth, my headaches disappear, like magic. This drink made my symptoms fade, but within an hour, they were back.<br /><br />At over $1 per serving, I would expect a little more.

The best tasting electrolytes I’ve ever had! Not to mention, the ingredients are simple and clean. Feeling more energy than before too. Exactly what I was looking for!

Even a small amount, tastes horrible unless you like Stevia.

The product is fine for the electrolytes it brings to the water but there is almost no flavor at all. If you are looking for a drink that adds some flavor look elsewhere. You can get basically the same thing with actual taste elsewhere for less money. You are probably paying for the brand, not the product here. I purchased Brady's book and love it. I adopted his elastic band methods and many others with solid results. I purchased a better set of elastic bands for less money. The TB12 products are way overpriced for the quality. Buy the book but buy your products elsewhere.

You can’t even taste this product like you can the liquid iv. I did 1/2 water 1/2 ice in a 16oz shaker and no taste or flavor.
