I ordered these for my very, very busy 7 year old grandson. He has a challenge staying on task, fidgeting ect. Other magnesium supplements have been ok in the past but I could never give him the recommended dose because they had a laxative effect which also made me think most of the magnesium was not being absorbed. After some research I discovered that this form is easily absorbed and well tolerated so I incorporated these gummies into his daily vitamins. He's doing well on it. He gets all of his work done and his concentration and fidgeting has improved so much. I am very pleased with the results. I have also started taking them for muscle aches and was pleasantly surprised by how much they helped me. I would definitely recommend giving them a try. And, they taste pretty good.

Most people don't realize there are 11 different magnesiums {magnesium citrate, magnesium oxide, magnesium aspartate, magnesium chloride, magnesium lactate, magnesium malate, magnesium taurate, magnesium glycinate, magnesium orotate, magnesium sulphate, and magnesium L-Threonate}, and they all help in different ways. ..<br /><br />I specifically wanted magnesium glycinate, not citrate (which is what most people get). As such I only found 3 companies that make it into gummies & this was the most affordable so I bought them to try.<br /><br />As a lifelong nocturnal insomniac I'm also now dealing with PTSD, trauma, & grief, so I can't say if they're helping with sleep as they should, but I can say they're helping along with the magnesium/potassium aspartate & ashwagandha capsules I also take.<br /><br />I love the taste; the sour pineapple ISN'T so sour, it's flavourful .. and it's just hard enough to chew that it's not mush but actually chewy.<br /><br />Although I wish they had a stronger potency, I just ordered 3 more bottles.

These are so great to travel as I have a magnesium deficiency and usually take a powder form. I will always carry in my bag. they taste like a sour gummy bear and help me sleep good as well. Also sugar free a plus. What a GREAT product so happy.

This product is unique because I have not seen magnesium glycinate gummies before. Usually they come in very large pills that are hard to swallow. This has a great taste. Not too sweet.

My daughter was struggling with "tummy aches" which after some testing, eliminated the majority of common issues. Within a week her stomach aches went from multiple tummy aches daily to a couple times a week. By week 3 and 4, they were completely gone. I received a promo email that was to good to pass up and I've had a hard time finding glycinate firm with a clean-ish label. Decided to give these a try.<br /><br />That are decidedly.... Not pineapple flavored. I'm not sure what they are, they don't taste bad really they just aren't pineapple.<br /><br />But my main qualm is all the excessive crap this brand has taken to adding to their products. Ever since they changed their biotin formula the whole line has become nearly completely unusable to me.<br /><br />I originally gravitated to this brand because they used real sugar not derived from wheat, no artifical sweetener or sugar alcohols, and small ingredient lists.<br /><br />It was fun to try basically for free but if their ingredients keto toys course I'll no longer be buying from this brand. I don't plan to reorder this product
