I was excited to get this product however as I read the ingredients I learn that there are 2 ingredients in this product that no one should consume the 1st questionable ingredient is titanium dioxide this is a chemical that is use to whiten soaps, make matte lipstick, eye shadow, foundation and sometimes use in food products it is also believed by independent research to be a carcinogen the 2nd ingredient that I have a problem with is talc why a company that claims to be natural has talc in it...I do not know, talc has been linked to cancer by independent research. Also, I am fuming , returned product...its a 37.00 waste

The pills are BIG. You have to take 3 per day to get the advertised dosage.

This product made my husband and I feel lethargic and sleepy, and like we were coming down with something...I would like a complete refund! I had to purchase another magnesium supplement.

I was really hoping that the propaganda I read on the MegaBlue was real, but I was very dissappointed.

Chose this product because I was experiencing leg cramps when exercising. It might be premature to give 5 stars, but after one day of taking these supplements, my leg cramps are gone.

I have honestly noticed no difference in taking these. Mentally, I feel good about taking them since they claim to really be good for you, but other than that, I have yet to notice anything.
