THE BEST MELATONIN

I’ve tried just about every brand of melatonin. I have been typically taking up to 40 or 50mg along with an Rx sleep aid but still not sleeping through the night. Since using these, I can take 2 of these, the recommended dosage and I’ve been sleeping GREAT! Highly recommend!

I'm on the fence on the flavor, but it's not bad, just very sweet. I use 3 to fall asleep. Typically I can fall asleep within 30 minutes.
