It mixes great with milk, and it's kosher! I got the chocolate flavor, and the taste was fine. Especially a great choice for any bodybuilding baal teshuvas out there <--- Note: this review was for Allwhey, not Allwhey Gold. I don't know whether Allwhey Gold is kosher.

I was looking for a whey protein with almost no sugar - I don't really care about taste and I wanted the protein. This one has 25g of protein to only 2g of sugar. Imagine my surprise when it tastes really good. Very chocolatey and while it's not as sweet as chocolate milk (and you can tell the sweetness is somewhat artificial), it is certainly closer to a sweet drink than to the unflavored powder I was expecting.

I have had protein powders screw up my stomach, this is the ONLY protein that I buy now (btw check Groupon for it because sometimes it's cheaper there)

This is the best tasting of any protein powder I’ve ever had. The ingredients/nutritional values are really good. It’s so tasty the kids sometimes ask for a shake with a scoop. I put frozen banana, yogurt, (a scoop of vanilla ice cream, if you’d like), and milk. It’s basically a malted… super easy and tasty way to get your protein.

I have purchased 3 Tubs of this protein and will continue to use this brand. The strawberry taste is better than other brands (Optimum Nutrition and Dymatize). I only use water with all my powders. Easy on the stomach, no bloating or gas. It helps with recovery and makes it easy to supplement for extra protein. For the price, the quality and the amount of servings you get per container, its a great buy.
