"In 2021, the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) ruled that as a consequence of new understandings of nanoparticles, titanium dioxide could "no longer be considered safe as a food additive", and the EU health commissioner announced plans to ban its use across the EU, with discussions beginning in June 2021. EFSA concluded that genotoxicity—which could lead to carcinogenic effects—could not be ruled out, and that a "safe level for daily intake of the food additive could not be established"<br /><br />Remember to check 'other ingredients' in the label.

My previous gastroenterologist recommended Align many years ago when I was taking PPI medications for my GERD and having stomach issues. Supposedly Align is the most recommended probiotic by gastro doctors. Align did immediately resolve my stomach issues, constipation and bowel movement frequency and consistency. The only reason I moved away from it was the cost which was a lot with all the other supplements I was taking and my bills in relation to my earnings. But seeing this off-brand generic version made me take another peek.<br /><br />The REVIEW:<br /><br />-- Love the value size of 200 capsules and no need to purchase them as frequently. A fair price for a quality product is always a win.<br />-- The ingredients they document on their site page does match what Align shows on their packaging with bifidio bacterium longum at 4MG<br />-- FILLERS: these are all typical standard fillers in supplements so I am not alarmed by anything shown here<br />-- Gluten free, soy free, vegetarian are pluses<br />-- No refrigeration required but I tend to put them in the fridge door to ensure they are as potent as possible for as long as possible<br />-- Made in the USA<br />-- Made in a GMP approved facility is a plus<br /><br />RESULTS: my gut is feeling good and I am having quality "movements". If the cost stays fair then I may need to transition over. I'll keep monitoring for a while longer just to be sure.

I have had a lot of gut problems. I have tried a lot of different things: Kefir, prebiotics, probiotics, and other supplements and food. Bifidobacterium is a game changer. My gut health is terrific. I will not get into details here, but suffice it to say, it works.<br /><br />The recommended is 1 pill a day. After the establishment of the Bifidobacterium, I have gone to 1 every 3 days. That has worked well for maintenance.<br /><br />I did have issues when initially taking Bifidobacterium. It took a while for my gut health to change and improve. If you find it does not work immediately, do not give up. Give it at least 10 days. You will be glad you did.

Bifidobacterium, (to some extent) is Bifidobacterium . We get the same results as we did with Align, which cost three times as much. That said, there are features this product does not have that some think are important; like glass container to prevent moisture and/or listed sub-strains. Our experience, however, is very positive.

This one is another great one I would definitely buy.<br /><br />Here's my credentials: My gastro system is a hot mess, lol, but in the past 2 years my health has done a 180 thanks to my team of docs and my dietitian. I suffer from gastroparesis and Exocrine pancreatic insufficiency along with other chronic health issues (rare) that leave my endo/exo system a total train wreck.<br /><br />My mischief is managed with supplements like these. (NOTE: Always consult a doctor for your own needs!) The level of good bacteria is what my doctor recommended for me. If you’ve been told to add a probiotic supplement, this one delivers.<br /><br />Pro: easy to swallow and not GIANT like others,does what it’s supposed to do - it’s a protector of your stomach/intestines.<br /><br />Cons: Nada<br /><br />Verdict: Highly recommend!<br /><br />I pride myself on honest, accurate, and helpful reviews.

I have bought a lot of supplements, but this is one that is actually working.. MUCH less bloating and gas (both up and down 😊).<br />That, in and of itself, is enough for me.
