Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day. No proprietary-blend nonsense, just clearly dosed ingredients. For what you pay, the ingredient quality is excellent.
Finally one that doesn't taste artificial. The vanilla is subtle and pleasant. Clean ingredient list with no fillers I didn't recognize — exactly what I look for. Packaging is sturdy and the freshness seal was fully intact on arrival.
Cost per serving is lower than my old brand and the quality is at least as good. Resealable tub keeps everything fresh and the scoop sits right on top. Mixes clean with just a shaker bottle — no clumps and no grit at the bottom. Wish the dosing were more transparent instead of a proprietary blend.
