Broken after 1 month. There support to be an X created by electric to light the cigarettes but since it is broken there is only an \ by electric was created

I originally intended to buy 1 rechargeable arc lighter for my Dad because he started to have a hard time flicking a normal bic lighter and complains about the cost of them. And i found plenty on amazon for less than $10, however, when i saw this combo pack i thought it was a perfect match for us and paid the $25. Seeing that hes a veteran the eagle one was sure to be a hit, and the scorpion was perfect for me because im a scorpio. Even though im a prime member these lighters took a few weeks to get here and when i opened the package i was really excited. I read the instructions beforehand, and plugged both lighters in for a full charge. About 10 min later i heard a slight crackling sound and i noticed the blue light went out on the eagle lighter so i unplugged it and found that it had burned and no longer worked. The scorpion lighter charged just fine. So i gave him the scorpion 1 and of course he liked it because it was easy for him to use and he wouldnt have to buy another bic but i could tell he didnt care much for the scorpion on it. So in the end i couldve just bought an $8 one but hey...if it wasnt for bad luck i wouldnt have any luck at all LOL.

I got the Phoenix and the black and gold scorpion one and we love them to look at they're beautiful... the idea is amazing to us. But they give off a really high pitched painful sound which is why we are going to return them. I don't know if anyone else has this issue. If they're ment to do that. But it's so unbearable to us we can't even use them. It's very sad. :( were trying to find flamed ones like the ones we got but have no luck. :/

Device works great, haven't had to charge it yet. Emits a high-pitched frequency that drives younger people crazy! That may or may not be a negative...

It is heavy and exactly as described. Like just like the pictures. Beautiful! Works perfectly.
