This supplement has a good mixture of things to support immune system. Vitamin C, Selenium, Zinc, as well as Magnesium and vitamin D. The additional herbal extracts are a bonus, and work great.

The first is shrink wrap around the cap and the second is a pull seal under the cap. The capsules themselves are fairly substantial (1in x .3in). Some people may find them difficult to swallow. Since I have no trouble swallowing larger size pills, I had no trouble swallowing these. When opening the bottle, the first thing you'll probably notice when you open the bottle is the strong smell, the ingredients they use appear to be very potent.<br /><br />In terms of effectiveness, it is very difficult to say with this type of product. While taking them, I did have a few days where I experienced cold symptoms, however, they were not severe.
