I never get the chance to really feel the full extent of efficacy of this vitamin because after taking it for 3 days my blood pressure went up and when i stopped taking it my bp went back to normal. Why i assumed its the vitamin ? Because this is the only new from what im taking already. But please be mindful that if it didnt work for me doesnt mean it will not work for others . Im so glad that amazon still took it back even though i already opened the bottle. Thank you amazon!
This vitamin is smaller size than all others! I searched for many different vitamins! I can handle this one! I just ordered 2nd one! And seems like a good quality vitamin, too!
