Could be a coincidence but I started going number two more often when taking these!!! It’s awesome for me to go once every two days but I am sometimes going two times a day!! Yay!

I normally do not change brands but I am used to taking "Magnezyme" by Progressive Labs which is the one recommended that I take but they have been sold out and unable to get for several months now so I had no choice. I read all the ingredients in several magnesium before purchasing this one and I really do get a lot of benefits from this brand. I usually take 3 at night before bed and these are working very well for me. I am going to order them again as the Magnezyme is still sold out and on back order. They are very easy to swallow too and no stomach pain or issues as I've experienced with some magnesium.
